The core temperature probe ensures the ideal cooking point inside the food: it connects to the oven, is inserted into the food, and its sensors measure the actual temperature inside the food. It allows for precise cooking, ensuring the desired texture and result. When the core temperature probe detects the predefined temperature inside the food, indicating that the roast is ready, it notifies and automatically stops the cooking process.
